Swansea Scramble 2014 TREKS

Run/hike loop up and down Swansea mountain near Invermere.
Course Options:
- 10km Run / Hike - 932 M gain
- 5km Run / Hike - 350 M gain
Times will be recorded for Ascend; Descent; Kick-Ass Sprint
Kick-Ass sprint for both courses.
Entry fee:
$20 for 10km and $15 for 5km.
2014 Membership in Kootenay Orienteering Club (KOC) - $5.00
All entrants will also receive a souvenir + post race snacks and BBQ.

Register on-line then pay at the time of package pick-up or call / drop by the store and pay by cash.
Non-refundable Registration Fee.
Race package pick up:
Saturday 26th at Crazy Soles till 6pm or Sunday 28th from 8:00 am at bottom of Swansea.
Start:
9:00 am, BBQ from 11:30 am (hurry up so there is food left for you),

12:00 noon
